1) Open the Webtop.com app
2) Log in with your Webtop.com account. Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
3) Navigate to the App Integrations
4) Click the arrow button next to the Jira
5) Start from proceeding the API password here
6) Log in to your Jira account
7) Click the Create API token button
8) Enter your label and click the Create button when you are ready
9) The token is generated. Make sure to copy it so you can use it for authentication and linking the Webtop.com account to the Jira account.
10) Enter your Jira registered email address. Use the generated API token as the password here. Use your Jira project URL for the Domain field. Click the Save button when you are ready
11) Proceed with setting up the Jira Notifications integration if that is required for you.
12) Now you can search Jira tasks through Webtop.com. Navigate to the Search field on the upper panel -> select Search across your tools option
1) Log in with your Webtop.com account. Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
2) Navigate to the App integrations menu
3) Click the Arrow button next to the Asana integration
4) Click the Login button to start connecting Webtop.com account to your Asana account
5) To connect both accounts, click the Allow button
6) Now you can search Asana tasks through Webtop.com. Navigate to the Search field on the upper panel -> Switch to Integrated apps search
1) Log in with your Webtop.com account. Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
2) Navigate to the App integrations menu
3) Click the arrow button next to the Trello integration
4) Click the Login button to start connecting Webtop.com to your Trello account
5) You will be offered to grant Webtop.com access to your account. Proceed with logging in.
1) Log in with your Webtop.com account. Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
2) Navigate to App integrations
3) Click the arrow button next to the Notion
4) Click the Login button to start connecting Webtop.com to your Notion account
5) You will need to provide an access to your Notion account. Click Select pages button to decide which pages you would like to provide an access
6) Here you can select certain pages or provide access to all the pages
7) Now you can search Notion tasks through Webtop.com. Navigate to the Search field on the upper panel and then Switch to Integrated apps search
1) Log in with your Webtop.com account. Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
2) Navigate to the App integrations
3) Click the arrow button next to the Dropbox
4) You will need to login with your Dropbox account
5) Now you can search Dropbox tasks through Desktop.com. Navigate to the Search field on the upper panel and then Switch to Integrated apps search
1) Log in with your Webtop.com account. Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
2) Navigate to App integrations menu
3) Click the Arrow button next to the Google
4) You will need to login with your Google account
5) Enter your registered Google email address
6) Enter a password associated with this account and then click Next button
7) You will need to grant access to your Google Account in order to be able to search for your Google documents across your workspace. Click Continue button
1) Log in with your Webtop.com account. Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings.
2) Navigate to App integrations menu
3) Click the arrow button next to the MailChimp
4) You will need to connect your Webtop.com to your MailChimp account, click the Login button
5) Enter your MailChimp username/email and password, click Log In button
6) You will need to authorize Webtop.com access to your MailChimp account to search through your MailChimp campaigns. Click the Allow button.
7) Now you can search through your MailChimp campaigns across your Webtop.com account. Click the Search field and then select Switch to integrated apps search
8) Select MailChimp in the list of connected integrations and start searching for campaigns
1) Log in with your Webtop.com account. Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings.
2) Navigate to App integrations menu
3) Click the Arrow button next to the Github
4) You will need to connect your Webtop.com to your Github account, click the Login button
5) Proceed with logging in to you Github account
6) You will be offered to grant Webtop.com access to your account. Proceed with the authorizing
1) Log in with your Webtop.com account. Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
2) Navigate to the App integration menu
3) Click the arrow button next to the Salesforce
4) You will need to connect your Webtop.com to your Salesforce account, click the Login button
5) Login with your Salesforce account
6) You will be offered to grant Webtop.com access to your account. Proceed with the authorizing
1) Log in with your Webtop.com account. Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
2) Navigate to the App integrations -> click the arrow button next to HubSpot
3) Click the Login button
4) Login with your HubSpot account credentials
5) Enter the code that was sent to your email
6) Select the account that will be connected to HubSpot
7) Click the Connect app button to finish the setup procedure
1) Log in with your Webtop.com account. Click the workspace name -> navigate to Workspace settings
2) Navigate to the App integrations menu
3) Click the arrow button next to Onedrive
4) Click the Login button and proceed with logging in to your Microsoft Outlook account that you need to connect to your Desktop.com account,
5) You will need to provide access to complete the integration proccess
