Group passwords are here to help you manage app group logins in a neat and easy fashion. Desktop.com let’s you store your credentials for Google, Microsoft & Apple and will allow you to apply them to all apps that are a part of the respective platform. For instance:
This will allow you to easily and instantly find the right credentials for a particular service that is part of one of the supported groups.

Chat updates for each connected app to ensure you and your team can stay informed on key events right in the context of your Desktop.com workspace and ongoing conversations.

The reasons for having multiple email accounts can be many. Separating work and personal, improved subscription control, security considerations, having multiple assignments or businesses, and so on.
This all makes sense from an organizational standpoint, but actually switching between the various accounts can be cumbersome and disrupt your focus.
Enter this month’s Desktop.com update. You’ll now be able to keep several Google or Microsoft credentials within your Desktop.com account so that you can easily open any of your email accounts straight from there! Organized, productivity friendly and just as easy from any device.

The chat layout is getting a face lift in this update. All your chats will now be organized and appear under one of the following sub-groups: pinned chats, integrations, channels and direct messages. You will also be able to filter your chats, so that you can easily find the exact conversation you’re looking for.
While we’re on the theme of streamlining and organizing we’re also introducing up to five layers of link folders as well as improved tags. Using nested folders will drastically improve the ability to sort, find and share your saved content. The smart tag selector, with filtering and suggestions as you type, and alphabetically sorted tag lists will help quickly launch you straight to what you’re looking for.
